CAPSTONE AT SCOTLANDVILLE

In December 2021, Capstone at Scotlandville, formerly Elm Grove Garden Apartments, began a complete rehabilitation aimed at modernizing both interior and exterior amenities. The renovation introduced a new playground, fitness center, computer room, walking trail, basketball court, community room, and community garden, enhancing the property's appeal and functionality. In partnership with Partners Southeast and the East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority, the project provided 84 fully subsidized units for qualifying families, with the total rehabilitation cost amounting to $24,300,000, completed in June 2023. The property now offers a safe and engaging community environment, promoting growth and prosperity for families.
